Three New Beers Have Landed at Shiny Brewery

Fresh beer season is in full swing and we’ve got three brand-new hop-forward releases ready to make themselves at home in your fridge.

From soft and juicy DDH Pales to a hazy IPA with existential tendencies, here’s what’s new on the webshop.

Dogs Don’t Like Rain (DDH Pale) – 5.4%

Summer’s too short to stay indoors, even if the dog disagrees.

Dogs Don’t Like Rain is a soft, saturated DDH Pale Ale loaded with Strata, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect layers of tropical fruit, white grape, dank citrus and soft pine balanced by a pillowy body and crisp finish.

It’s the sort of beer made for long evenings, questionable weather forecasts and stubborn optimism.

Mostly rain stops eventually. Mostly.

Face The Void (Hazy IPA) – 6.6%

Heavy saturation levels. Intense. Acknowledge scale.

Face The Void is our latest hazy IPA, bringing together Krush, El Dorado and Mosaic for a vibrant mix of mango, candied citrus, stone fruit and dark berry character.

Soft, juicy and packed with hop flavour, it delivers plenty of intensity without losing balance.

The universe remains alarmingly large. The stars remain indifferent.

Proceed anyway.

Don’t Trust Sloths (DDH Pale) – 5.5%

Soft and hazy with slightly suspicious observational energy.

Don’t Trust Sloths combines Vic Secret, Motueka and Nectaron hops to create notes of pineapple, lime, peach and sweet citrus.

Smooth, juicy and deceptively relaxed, it’s the kind of beer that appears easy-going while quietly plotting something in the background.

Remain calm. Smile at all times.
