Our clothing range is produced and fulfilled by a third-party partner.

No Exchanges for Size
Each item is printed to order specifically for you, so we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes. Please check the size guides on each product page before ordering.

Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or the print quality is not up to standard, please contact us within 28 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns Policy (General Goods)

For non-perishable, non-clothing items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

* Items must be unused and unopened
* Items must be in their original packaging
* Proof of purchase is required

UK Statutory Cancellation Right (Cooling-off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Exclusions:
This right does not apply to:

* Perishable goods (including beer)
* Items made to your specifications (custom or made-to-order apparel)

Eligible items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Unless faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
