We utilise a special enzyme that breaks down gluten to below 20ppm, which makes it 'Gluten Free' in the EU. This method ensures that our gluten free Everyday IPA, Session IPA & Lager has all the vibrant hoppy flavours and aromas that you'd expect from a Shiny Brewery beer.
