We don't brew DIPAs often. But when we do, each one is an opportunity to showcase everything we’ve learnt since the last release.
For us, a high ABV isn’t just about alcohol strength, alcohol is built to carry hops.
We’ve spent a massive amount of time across our core and seasonal brews refining how we layer physical hop pellets alongside modern, high-density hop products at lower ABVs. The goal is always to maximise aroma and flavour saturation. But when the ABV goes up, the rules change: higher alcohol gives us a much greater hop carrying capacity, allowing us to push hop expression further and build beers with unmatched intensity.
For this special dual release, we’ve split the batch across two distinct versions so you can select your preferred operating mode.
The Foundation: One Base, Two Operating Modes
Both beers begin life with an identical, heavy-handed malt foundation designed for a pillowy mouthfeel and clean malt backstay. Once we reach the dry hop, however, BLEEP and BLOOP head off in completely different directions.

BLEEP is our full-throttled tribute to the king of modern craft hops: Citra.
By leveraging the increased hop-carrying capacity of our DIPA base, BLEEP delivers an explosive burst of freshly squeezed citrus, sweet mango, and heavy tropical fruit. Expect a thick, saturated mouthfeel where bright citrus top-notes balance against a deep, resinous finish.

BLOOP takes the exact same rich, high-ABV foundation and steers it straight towards the legendary hop fields of New Zealand.
Focused on premium Nelson Sauvin, BLOOP showcases distinct vinous notes of fresh white wine grapes, tart gooseberry, and crushed passionfruit. It offers a sharper, highly aromatic contrast to BLEEP, proving just how versatile a properly engineered DIPA base can be.
