We don't brew DIPAs often, but when we do each one is a chance to showcase what we've learnt since the last. The ABV isn’t just about alcohol, it is built to carry hops. We've spent a lot of time across brews refining how we layer physical and modern hop products at lower ABVs to maximise aroma and saturation, but when the ABV goes up there is an opportunity to push hop expression further. Higher alcohol gives greater hop carrying capacity allowing us to build beers with higher intensity. This release has been split across two versions so you can select your preferred operating mode. 

BLEEP Citra // Citrus // Tropical.

BLOOP Nelson Sauvin // White Grape // Gooseberry.

Both begin life with a similar foundation, but once we reach the dry hop they head off in different directions. One with Citra focus. The other Nelson Sauvin.
