Brewed in collaboration with Furnace Brewpub and rebrewed due to popular demand. Named after the Slavic goddess who guards the dawn, Zorya balances sweetness and roast in equal measure. Smooth chocolate and caramel lead the way before dark malt and freshly brewed coffee notes emerge, creating a rich yet highly drinkable porter.

Rich Conditions (Caribbean Stout) – 6.0% | BBE: 04/09/2026
Brewed with dates, treacle, brown sugar and cocoa, pouring as dark as a star-scattered sky in rich Caribbean conditions. Expect layers of sticky dried fruit, burnt sugar and soft chocolate, with a gentle warming sweetness that hints at dark rum without ever becoming boozy. Smooth, rich and quietly decadent.

Big Knit (Baltic Porter) – 8.0% | BBE 29/08/2026
Built like a massive brick Schwarzbier. Liquorice root adds depth and complexity alongside black treacle, dark brown sugar and notes of molasses. A generous addition of vanilla pods brings creamy caramel dessert vibes, while a full month of cold conditioning creates an exceptionally smooth and polished finish.
